Due to the digital distribution technique used for active license codes, Secure Cart is unable to provide refunds or replacements after the product has been delivered & the activation/license key has been accessed. Returns of licenses are not accepted.
If our system has not provided you with the activation or license key, refunds are possible. There are no refunds once you have the activation/license key in your hands.
It is essential that you verify if the software is compatible with your system already before obtaining the activation or license key.

You have already received the activation/license key via the web chat, phone, email, snail mail, or online portal, among other distribution methods.
